Art in the Library

Summer residents are displaying a variety of fresh art in the Tanglewood library.  Recent works include a paper tole “English Cottage” by Betty Bjore, a colored pencil drawing “Sneakers” by Norma Evans, a photograph “Metal Display” by Peggy Scefcyk, and a watercolor “Wood Stork” by Ingrid Strope.

All Tanglewood artists are invited to exhibit their own work, at no charge, on the wall above the bookcase. The first Monday of each month is art exchange day. Just bring your art work to the library after coffee and sign it in. You may also bring a 3-D work, or make arrangements to exhibit a collection. There’s no need to belong to the Library Committee, the Art League, or any other group.
