We hope you are pleased, and proud of what YOU have helped us do.

Special thanks to Mary Lee Cipriano for her large donation and to Tom Griffin for wiring our storage shed and donating the wire.

Caution!!!!
You many have noticed that the forest area is all roped off. Please do not enter this area. This is because there is 2,000 ft. of extension wire spread throughout the area. If these wires become disconnected the lights won’t work.

We realize this is a pain in the neck, and your dogs, will miss the trees but we would really appreciate your help and cooperation on this one. It’s only until the first of the year. Please share the area with others who enjoy the season.

TANGLEWOOD DANCE COMMITTEE NEWS
Saturday, December 9th, 2017 dance is dedicated to the Child Advocacy Center of Highlands County. The Guardian Ad Litem program within this center is a voice for Florida’s children.

These volunteers represent children who have been taken into the court program either remaining with their parents, with the supervision of the court, or placed in foster homes. The Guardian Ad Litem program runs a toy drive yearly to insure that each of these children receive a gift. The volunteers match the gift to the children they visit each month.

The Dance Committee portion of the 50/50 will be donated to this toy drive. We are asking residents to bring a new unwrapped toy, gift card, or cash to the dance. The cash we receive will be used to buy $15 gift cards from Walmart. Dance Committee members will be in the foyer, beginning at 6 pm, to collect your generous donations.

Larry Musgrave will be performing that evening. He has an excellent voice, has performed throughout Florida, and on many cruise ships. He has performed numerous times for our residents. This is the last time he will be here as Larry is retiring at the end of 2017. Please come and enjoy this great entertainer.
