The Everlasting Word, February 4

“He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will become known.” Proverbs 10:9

I was taught as a young boy that it takes a lifetime to build a good reputation, but only a moment to destroy it.  Once a reputation is destroyed it is almost impossible to

rebuild it.  An individual with a history of a lack of integrity is always doubted when his word is given or he commits to any project.

I remember when a person’s word was his bond.  When all it took to confirm a commitment was a hand shake.  But today because there is such a lack of integrity it is hard to trust that people will do what they say they will do!  So this year make a new commitment to yourself that you will be an individual who lives by your word no matter what the cost.  Keeping your word will bring you great dividends!!!

An Everlasting Word!!!!!
