FROM YOUR COMMUNITY MANAGER

Hello!! Fall is just around the corner, bring on the fire rings and cooler weather. Fall also means the return of our northern friends and family.

A little birdy told me that Team Tanglewood Staff has an entry in the Lip Sync contest being held on October 20th. This should be very entertaining! Looking forward to all the fun the season has in store for Tanglewood residents and staff! Come out and join us at Monday Morning Coffee to see what other fun activities are planned, or you can watch from the comfort of your home on Comcast Channel 195.

TRASH/GARBAGE: By now, everyone should have had enough time to swap out their waste or recycle can for a smaller one (if needed). Now it’s time to find a home for your cans. They are to be stored in an area not visible from outside the dwelling. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact the business office.

I meet with residents after Monday Morning Coffee in the Community Room. I’m there until 9:30 a.m., or you can contact me via phone, through email, or in person by appointment. Making an appointment would be best so that I can set aside time to meet with you without any interruptions.

BEAUTIFICATION RECOGNITION FOR OCTOBER 2018
The Beautification Recognition is at the home of Lou Melocchi 2237 Woods & Water Court. Congratulations!!

This beautiful yard and well-groomed home is appreciated by all our residents. The judging includes a well maintained yard, clean exterior of the home, as well as maintained plants and shrubs.

Each month we will recognize a home with beautifully maintained yard. The Award sign will be in the yard for one month. A resident committee chooses a yard each month, and there are several guidelines they must follow.

Beginning next month (with the Nov. issue) over 75 fantastic volunteers will be delivering your newsletter to your front door. Newsletters will arrive at your door ANYWHERE between the 28th and the last day of the month.

Not all newsletters will arrive on the doorsteps at the same time. Your neighbor may receive hers two days before you because you might be in another delivery zone.

All volunteers have until the first day of the month to get their route delivered. If you have not received a newsletter by that time, it might be for several reasons.

1.) The delivery person deemed that no one was living there at the present time……….
2.) There was no place to safely leave it.
3.) Your regular delivery person was sick or away, and there was no volunteer to fill that spot.

All undelivered newsletters will be put out in the clubhouse and at the business office on the first of the month.
