Early Detection is Prevention! Here are a few samples of what to expect when you walk into the Clubhouse; Doors open at 8:30 am. Our Vendors will be setting up their stations from 8:00 am – 8:30 am.

Over 80 health related Vendors. There’s still time to turn in your screening registration forms along with $10.00 to Kathi Flyte or Pam Batey. There will be free samples from nearly every vendor, so take your time walking though the aisles. In the kitchen area, the Health Ministry Team will be providing  healthy snacks. Optional donation cans will be available.

Creation Health Prevention Plus is the only company that offers heart scan, thyroid & abdominal tests AND mail you your pictures. Also offering blood tests: Cholesterol/glucose  A1C, PSA, and TSH for separate fees.

The ALL TEST Package is $179.00. No prescription needed. If taken separately, here is the value of each test:

Stroke/Carotid Ultrasound test $40.  This test visualizes build-up of plaque in the carotid arteries that may lead to stroke.

(AAA) Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm test $40.  Ninety-Five percent of ruptured AAA’s result in death. The majority of victims have no symptoms.

Arterial Disease (PAD) Test $40. A ratio of arterial pressure taken in extremities to determine if arteries are blocked.

Thyroid Ultrasound $40. Scans to rule out cysts, nodules, goiters, and tumors.

Abdominal Ultrasound $95. (5 ultrasound tests – Liver, pancreas, kidneys, gallbladder and spleen). Identifies abnormalities such as cysts, tumors, enlargements and more.

Heart Scan-Echo-cardiogram $95. Screening performed to view wall motion, valves, enlargements, calcification, stenosis, prolapse, blood clots, tumors and fluid around the heart.
