Have you found it yet? The Fork and Folk Bistro is newly opened and is outstanding! Wonderful, delicious, home cooked Polish food is available to us in Sebring!
As soon as we opened the door to enter, the marvelous aroma enticed us to order everything! We chose the Homemade Pierogies (6) with a piece of kielbasa on the side; it was served with sour cream, mustard and a perfect Polish pickle! So mouthwatering it made me roll my eyes back savoring every bite.
The menu is varied, as you can see, and in addition, the reverse side offers a wide variety of ciabatta sandwiches such as: BLT; Kielbasa; Club; Cuban; Chicken Cutlet; and Pulled Pork. Or choose from various subs: Hot Poland Sub; Meatball Sub; or Chicken Parmigiana Sub. In the Fall, they will also offer Sauerkraut Pierogies and Berry Pierogies. In addition, they offer a House Salad or Chef’s Salad. Take your friends. Everyone will find something wonderful to experience.
The chef is Jonasz Witek (pronounce Vitek) who was a chef at Chicane’s before opening his own restaurant. His mother, Gabriella, is sweet and personable and takes care of everyone.
Located on W. Center Avenue just off the circle, this restaurant is a treasure. Make sure you try it, and, enjoy every moment. Let’s keep this marvelous opportunity for home made ethnic cooking right here to enjoy! I know I’m going back!
