Meditation & Pranayama

Are you looking for a way to relax? To stop your mind from wandering? To bring peace to your everyday activities?
Then meditation may be the answer. Meditation is a focusing of the mind. There are many different styles of meditation that we will explore as the weeks progress.
Pranayama is breath work in the yoga tradition. Combining these two modalities brings relaxation & calmness to the body and  the mind. Remember, “where the mind leads, the body follows”!
Please join us for Meditation & Pranayama. Thursdays 4-5 pm beginning on May 12, 2022; in the Card and Conference Room (the old library) in the Tanglewood clubhouse.
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel if you intend to sit on the floor. Also, since I realize it’s cocktail hour, please feel free to bring a beverage of your choice. Water is a must.
Donation $5.00 per person. Hope to see you there!
