An upland wild sheep (Ovis vignei) of southern and central Asia which is reddish brown and the males of which have a beard from the neck to the chest

Tigers have begun to prey upon many deer and sheep species, including the urial.

Not from Latin or Greek this week!  This one comes from the Punjabi word hureal for the same animal.  We first see this English version in 1860.
