Thank you to all those that supported the Helping Hands Soup fundraiser benefiting the Second Saturday Meals prepared and served at Hands for Homeless in Avon Park. We had an amazing team that cooked and prepared the soups, salads and cookies.
We hope you enjoyed your homemade goodness. The soups were nice and hearty and it was “perfect weather for soup”!
Because of the tremendous support from our Tanglewood Community, the fundraiser was a great success and raised $3000! Our volunteer team was amazing! Thank you all for your time to help with this worthy cause.
Tom and Sue Malingowski led the soup brigade while Chairperson, Cheri Baldwin, managed the salad, cookie and distribution team.
