5 lbs raw, peeled potatoes
1 lb onions
1 lb pork sausage
3 lbs ground chuck
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
2 tbls salt
2 tbls of pepper or to taste
1/2 tsp nutmeg (if you have it)
1/4 cup diced bell pepper, optional
Grate potatoes, not coarse.
Grate onion.
Mush all ingredients together.
Form into patties.
Pan fry or freeze.
Makes about 24 patties.
