April Meeting
The Monthly TMAC Meeting convened in the clubhouse at 3:00 PM, drawing an audience of approximately fifty residents. The primary topic of interest was the outcome of the vote concerning a proposed two-percent assessment for each committee. This assessment is intended to help TMAC cover its operating expenses and ensure the organization maintains its Not for Profit 501c7 status.
All twenty-four committees were represented during the meeting. Since the previous month’s session, there has been a surge of alternative suggestions aimed at absorbing the operating costs. Many of these proposals were deemed excellent and deserve additional research to evaluate their feasibility and effectiveness.
