Main Entrance Gate
We are aware that the main entrance gate is not working properly. We have left it in the open position for your convenience. There appears to be an issue with the underground phone lines that we are diligently working on having resolved. We Appreciate your patience.
Trees
Thank you to everyone who is actively taking down the dead trees that we know are not going to come back from the freeze. Please remember that an exterior modification form is still required. You can obtain this form in our office.
We also will ask that you NOT deposit the wood from trees at the fire pits (or any wood at this time). We are currently under a burn ban and cannot utilize this for several more months. In addition, once we are in hurricane season, all this wood must be removed.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Friday Night With Friends
Tomorrow – Friday April 24th – will be our final Friday Night with Friends in the Outback Bash until November! We hope you will all join us from 5 pm until 7 pm for some great entertainment by Surfer Rick! I hear there may be a surprise delivery of something fun for everyone!
Northern Friends
We wish you safe travels as you head north before the heat arrives in Florida! We look forward to your return next season! Please remember to notify our office that you are gone so we can utilize your proper mailing address for summer! We also appreciate you making sure that any loose items (even if you think they are heavy, they can become projectiles in a storm) are properly stored and safely secured.
