The date is Tuesday, May 12.  The recipient is the food pantry at Faith Lutheran church.
Please pick up some extra non-perishable food items or hygiene supplies on your next shopping trip.  We know full well that the cost of everything is higher than it was two months ago.  If it’s pinching us, imagine how those who are less fortunate are feeling.  Have you ever had to choose between buying a bar of soap or a loaf of bread?
Most requested items, as always, are protein rich canned goods like chicken, tuna, Spam, stew, hash, etc.  Canned fruit and vegetables, soups, and cereals are always needed.  And peanut butter.
Consider toothpaste and toothbrushes, bar soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
We thank you for your generosity.  Even a couple cans of soup or boxes of Cheerios will make a big difference.  Have your sack out on your driveway by 8:30 for our volunteers to pick up.  And God Bless.
