Clubhouse Maintenance Notice
We are excited to get our clubhouse deep cleaned and shining for your enjoyment as we get closer to the start of our busy season at Tanglewood. We know that you will all enjoy the sparkling dance floor in the coming months!
The Clubhouse will be undergoing maintenance and will have a soft closure during the following dates:
July 22-24, 2026– Main hall only Closed all day for our Tech booth renovations.
July 27-31, 2026– Closed after morning coffee for deep cleaning of the higher items from the ceiling such as fans, light fixtures and all equipment
August 3-7,2026– Closed after morning coffee for the stripping and rewaxing of the tile floors.
Please see AnneMarie for your meeting location or check out the notice posted on the outside door for the location of your meeting that day.
The Library and Suite will remain open during this time. Please use outside door to access the rooms.
The restrooms will also be available from the outside doors.

Team Update
We are excited to announce the promotion of Laura Henderson into our Sales Associate position at Tanglewood. Many of you already know and love Laura from our housekeeping team. Laura has already hit the ground running, has obtained some listings and is excited to get some homes sold. Laura of course will be fully supported by the community manager as well as the National Sales Manager. If you are looking to list your home or if you are looking to purchase a different home – give Laura a call at our business office. In the past 7 weeks your Tanglewood Sales Team has sold 11 homes and will work hard to sell your home too!
Laundry Centers
We are thrilled to announce that our laundry centers now operate on a cashless basis! If you use the laundry centers, please stop into one of them and see the display on how to utilize the machines. You will need to download the PayRange app on your smart phone. If you need assistance, our amazing Maintenance Building Supervisor, Carlos, will be happy to assist you as he has become a pro at these systems!
