Due to the Bras 4 Hope event no longer being considered a TMAC event because the proceeds are sent out of Tanglewood, a new way of doing things has to be organized.
Last year, we contributed more than $4,000 to the Advent Hospital Foundation to go toward defraying costs for deductibles and co-pays for qualified breast cancer treatment services at the Sebring Cancer Center.
The event is being postponed to 7 p.m., Friday, February 19. This will allow our committee to plan and execute the event with, hopefully, added attendance due to our seasonal residents’ return and their participation in the decorated bra contest as well.
An interest sign up sheet will be on the credenza in the near future.
