On Wednesday, October 21st the TMAC Board passed a motion on the proposal from the Rules & Regulations Sub-Committee concerning several changes. One being how Committees would vote for their new Officers each year.  It allows for each committee to vote independently at their own set meeting date and time between October-December 30th for the next year’s officers. All Officer terms are one year. Beginning Feb 1 – January 31.

There are more changes, and the new Rules & Regulations will be posted here soon.

Due to the time constraints each committee needs to determine when they will be holding their individual committee Officer election asap. No two committees can hold an election at the same time.

November is coming on Sunday. There will be another posting with the Committee Election dates and times posted here. If you aren’t sure when your committee is voting, please check with your Chair or Vice Chair.  The newly elected Officers will not take office until  February 1, 2027 which is the first day of our fiscal year.

Note: There are three more Regular TMAC Board meetings left in this term. November 18th, December 16th and January 20th.

Our Regular January meeting on January 20th is the final meeting for the current TMAC  President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and current Chairs who will all be giving their ‘final’ report.

Immediately following the regular January 20th meeting. The newly elected and re-elected chairs will meet in a separate room for the ANNUAL MEETING, whose sole purpose is to vote for their next President and Vice President of TMAC.
