Continuing the tradition started over 20 years ago by the RV Club, the Friends of the Heartland Food Bank will be collecting donations of cash or checks for the Food Bank beginning Monday, January 20, 2025 through Sunday, February 2, 2025. The jar is located at the home of Bill & Nancy Mills at 2616 Lazy Days Lane in the Bayside Area. Please make your tax deductible checks payable to the Heartland Food Bank. The Food Bank supplies 40 Highlands County pantries that distribute food to those in need in our community. Tanglewood is one of the major sponsors of the Food Bank – please help us support this very worthwhile organization.
