Bean Bag Baseball South ⚾️ Standings Week 1

Published on

A very boisterous Opening Night for the Wednesday evening BBBL South Winter season is in the books with a couple of records being set in Week 1.

Our highest scoring game and longest game recorded time wise, went hand in hand with Strike Force and Toss Masters putting on a scoring clinic with a combined 115 runs scored in their 2 games. This of course led to their games running 35 minutes over schedule 😳 causing a delay for the late start teams. We will be making an announcement to handle this situation if it happens again.

The BBBL South now has 32 teams utilizing 8 courts with the 8th board needed to be built. An awesome anonymous donor (my lips are sealed) donated the board in Honor of our Tanglewood Veterans, special decals are ordered and will be placed on the board by our January 22 games. More good news…the Diversions Committee covered the costs for new Stars & Stripes bean bags for 4 courts to see how these bags hold out.

Ok lets get to the Week 1 Standings…..
