The BBBL South crowned their Fall β24 Champions in the Clubhouse on Wednesday, November 13. Β Congrats to Blue Thunder who outlasted the Old Bags 17-11 in the Championship game. A big shout out to the Old Bags who had a very good season and tournament in making it to the finals and coming so close.
On the final night of the season with the Elite Eight and Final Four we saw some last inning heroics with come from behind victories, setting up the finals. Β How about those Turtles? Β The Turtles knocked off #1 Firecrackers in the Elite Eight, but eventually fell in the Final Four to the high scoring Old Bags. Our defending Winter Champs the Young Guns fell in the Final Four to Blue Thunder, continuing the streak that defending Champs are unable to repeat with back to back titlesβ¦.its a tough league with many great teams.
Another fun season comes to an end with a break until after the New Year for the BBBL South Winter β25, which starts on Wednesday, January 8.
