The Second Tuesday Food Drive volunteers are always hesitantly optimistic about any given month’s collection. Usually we are pleasantly surprised. Today we were ASTOUNDED.
Today’s haul was undoubtedly the biggest one all year. The truck from Hands for Homeless was full, front to back. And there was a substantial donation of cash and checks as well.
Special Kudos to Bayside and the Outback for outstanding donations! And as always we thank our volunteer collectors who braved the cold wind to make their rounds.
