Notification from: Tanglewood

It’s hard to believe we’re already entering spring and that summer is just around the corner! As we move into April, I wanted to share some exciting updates about what’s happening in the community, along with a few housekeeping reminders.

I also want to take a moment to thank everyone who came out last week to enjoy all of the Resident Appreciation festivities! We had an amazing turnout for all of the events, and I’ve been receiving fantastic feedback from everyone!

Fun, Fun and even more fun….

Join your Tanglewood team for some exciting events this month! AnneMarie has arranged for some amazing food trucks, starting with Junipers and Chophouse on April 9th, followed by a Taco Food Truck on April 23rd. Then, on April 25th, we invite you to an evening event hosted by Tanglewood—Toby the Illusionist! Come down and enjoy some great fun!

Wildlife 

We live in Florida, and with that comes the incredible opportunity to witness amazing wildlife in their natural habitats, and it also comes with a heavy weight of responsibility.  Please remember that it is against the law to feed the wildlife. This includes birds, fish, turtles, alligators, egrets, sand cranes, and others. Feeding wildlife is a violation of the community’s prospectus and rules, but it could also result in a significant fine from the Florida Wildlife Division.

Maintenance Yard

The maintenance yard is restricted to employees only. Please do not enter this area or dump your personal trash or horticultural debris near the maintenance yard or any common area. Trash service is provided curbside to all homes in Tanglewood. I’ve attached a copy of the trash schedule for your convenience.

Hurricane Repair Updates

Repairs from Hurricane Milton are underway! Materials have been ordered and the work is scheduled to start this month. These repairs will include the lights at the clubhouse, the Activity Building window, sport court shade cover repairs, and fencing in the Outback. We appreciate your patience as we move through these repairs, and we will continue to keep you updated as we make progress.
