It’s soup time again, and it couldn’t come at a better time. What better to warm your innards than a big bowl of hot soup?
And why cook when you can savor one of our scrumptious soups? We have steaming pots of homemade Chicken Vegetable, Loaded Baked Potato, and Italian Tortellini soup just waiting for you. And why not add a big salad and a jumbo cookie to make your meal complete?
Pick one up for today, and maybe a couple for your freezer, or warm the heart of a neighbor or friend who can’t get out. Each spoonful of soup will help provide hot meals for those in need through our partner Hands for Homeless with Helping Hands Second Saturday Meals. Payment and reservations must be made no later than January 1 !
Orders can be picked up in front of the clubhouse on January 11, between noon and 1:00. Monetary donations also gladly accepted.
Here’s the menu: Each quart of soup costs $10. Choose Chicken Vegetable, Loaded Baked Potato, and/or Italian Tortellini soup. A large (and we do mean large) garden salad is $7. Jumbo cookies – choose Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, or Peanut Butter – are $2. Mix and match to your tastes.
