Welcome Back, Candy!

We are over the moon to welcome Candy Bennion back to the Tanglewood team!

As many of you know, Candy previously served as our Office Manager before leaving two years ago to care for a family member. Candy originally joined Tanglewood in 2018, and we are thrilled to have her back with us. She is equally excited to reconnect with so many familiar faces throughout the community.

Candy will be serving as our part-time Office Assistant, helping support the many responsibilities and daily operations of our office. We are excited to have her “home” again and know you’ll join us in giving her a very warm welcome!

Gate Update

We are pleased to announce that the front gate system has been completely upgraded with a new RFID reader, and the previous landline service has been replaced with a cellular connection.

If you have the old gate number saved in your phone, please update it to:

Please save this number for future reference.

As a reminder, when your guest or visitor arrives at the gate, they will dial your four-digit house number. If your home number contains only three digits, they should add a 0 at the beginning. Once you answer the call and confirm you would like to allow entry, simply press and hold the number 9 on your phone to open the gate.

Should you experience any concerns or challenges with the new system, please contact the office so our team can assist in resolving the issue. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through the details of this important project.

Friday Night With Friends

What a wonderful turnout we had for our pop-up Friday Night With Friends Pre-Season Kickoff this past Friday!

We are so glad everyone enjoyed the evening and the treats we brought to share. It was great to see friends gathering, laughing, and reconnecting as we look forward to another fun-filled season together.

Don’t forget to mark your calendars! Beginning in November, Friday Night With Friends will take place every Friday evening. Come spend time with friends and enjoy great entertainment from Surfer Rick. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
