Wednesday, December 17th marked the next to last TMAC meeting for this season. The mood was festive as the meeting area was wrapped in black tablecloths for the Chairman with the Officers Tables in Blue. New Committee Table Tent signs had been printed and placed in front of the chairs. There is a link below where you can watch the video of the meeting in its entirety. The focus was mainly informing the chairs of the upcoming election in January. A motion was made to change the wording in the Rules & Regulations to update our election process. Watch the video for the results.
Reminder to all dues paying committees, according to the newly adopted Rules & Regulations, the Committee Secretary is to send the list of paid members to the Board Secretary, Pam Batey, at this email (tmac.secretary2025@gmail.com) before the election date of January 19th. All dues for the next year should be paid by January 1, 2026.
