Yes, again.  And it’s even more important now, with prices of groceries going through the roof.  Our donation this month is going to the food pantry at Faith Lutheran Church.

Supplies that are always needed are the basics:  canned fruit and vegetables, healthy cereals, including oatmeal and grits, canned proteins like tuna and chicken, hash and stews.  Peanut butter and jelly in plastic jars please.  Bottled water.  Hearty soups and pasta meals in a can.

Then there are the hygiene and cleaning supplies:  toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, hand soap, laundry detergent.

Please put your donation out on your driveway by 8:30 on Tuesday morning,  And PLEASE make sure it doesn’t get hit by your sprinklers!  If it’s raining, double bag it in plastic.  Outback people – We collect from you too.  Mark your bag FOOD DRIVE so the garbage guys don’t take it.
