When you hear the phrase “Act of God”, why is it only bad things that are referred to?  A lightning strike, an aneurysm, an unexplained plane crash…?  What about good things?  A new grandchild, a rainstorm in a drought-stricken farmland, or a “all-clear” on a cancer check-up?  Those are Acts of God as well.  Think about it.
