LEFTOVER PIZZA

Published on

We all have had some pizza left over, but reheating it at times is tricky..Microwave makes crust soft, heating in oven or toaster oven takes time and “toasts” the pizza. Here’s the solution which I didn’t believe until I tried it… In a frying pan on Low-medium heat, DO NOT put any oil, butter, etc, in the pan, place the pizza in the dry pan. Heat for just a few minutes, feel the top of the pizza, and when it’s nice and warm it’s done. The crust will be crisp and the toppings will be not be over done. It may take a few tries to get it perfect as all pans and ranges are different. Once you get it right you’ll reheat your pizza like this all the time.
