This year is just flying by! It is hard to believe we are going into May already! I hope everyone is taking the opportunity to get out and enjoy this amazing weather we’ve been having.
Happening Around the Community
Our maintenance team has been hard at work with many projects and work orders. The team is actively working on the trimming of the hedges along the parkway which will continue to enhance the community’s curb appeal. Now that the sun can “feed” these hedges, we are hopeful to see them filling in and looking beautiful! Trimming these back is also allowing our irrigation to properly water the lawn in these areas, and we hope will eliminate some of the brown spots.
On May 7th the fitness center and the clubhouse will be temporarily closed while we have the carpets in these rooms professionally cleaned. If using one of the uncarpeted smaller rooms in the clubhouse on this day, we kindly ask that you access the rooms and restrooms from the outside doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

Friendly Reminders
Lawns
Please remember that you cannot use the potable (drinking) water to water your lawns. SNL guidelines prohibit this, as does our prospectus. Please ensure your wells are working properly to make sure your lawn is looking its best!
Pets
ALL pets must be on a leash when outside. Please keep your pet on a leash unless you are inside one of the two great dog parks in the community.
TMAC & HOA
TMAC ( Tanglewood’s Master Activity Committee) and HOA (Homeowners Association) are two vital elements in our community. The management team works closely with both of these groups, and we are all working together for the betterment of this amazing community. Attached is some great information that will let you know what each of these committees does for the residents in the community. If you are interested in volunteering in either of these groups, see the attached information for contact info.
