5-Star Strawberry Bread

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. crushed fresh strawberries
– Pre-heat oven to 350*.
– Beat eggs.
– Slowly add sugar and beat until well dissolved.
– Mix in oil and vanilla.
– Mix in flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
– Add strawberries and mix well.
– Pour into two greased and floured 4×8 loaf pans.
– Bake 1 hour
(don’t overbake; ovens have temp differentials so may need to adjust baking time accordingly)
