Sammy hails from Indiana and Dennis from Old Blue, Michigan and they will be with us year round. Sammy worked for La-Z-Boy for 30 years in accounting. Dennis was a gasoline truck driver. Dennis loves his golf while Sammy would try anything once! Dennis is a diehard Michigan University fan, loves his football. Sammy likes doing new things and meeting new people. They’ll fit right into our Tanglewood family!

Sue and Joe are from Orillia, Ontario Canada and will be with us seasonally. Sue is retired from being a food wholesaler. They love golf and pickleball and Sue has already joinged Denim and More. They visited Tanglewood several times in the past. Sue’s brother is David Miller who lives on the circle. Welcome to Tanglewood!

Dan and Patti are from Fort Wayne, Indiana and will be with us seasonally. Dan was a heavy equipment mechanic and Patti did data entry. They love fishing, woodworking playing cards and swimming. We’re delighted to have them with us in Tanglewood!

Donna and Kean are from Port Huron MI and from Ontario and Rochester NY and Pittsburgh and Boston and will be with us seasonally. Donna was in Early Childhood Education and Kean was in railways. They love playing shuffleboard, reading, playing cards and playing Bingo. Welcome to your home away from home!

Darlene & Don are from Imlay City, MI and will be with us seasonally. She is retired from the Medilodge Group and loves to sew and do crafts. They have 7 children and 19 grandchildren. Welcome to the Tanglewood family.

Sandra is from Ontario but was born and raised in British Columbia and will be with us seasonally. She’s been doing Florida for 3 months for the past 9 years and now will be with us for six months! In her past life, she managed studios in the graphic design industry in Toronto. She loves design, ideas, gardening, natural health and wellness, walking, dancing and cooking. Sandra’s 28 year old son drove down to FL with her and will be staying with her for a week. In spring, he’ll return to drive back with her. Aside from his visit, periodic friends may visit, but otherwise, she’s solo and enjoying her zen! We are happy to enfold her into the arms of Tanglewood.

Dave and Dar hail from the great state of Wisconsin and will be with us seasonally. Dar still works full time, virtually, for Land O’ Lake. Dave is retired from Polaris, Ind. Dar loves reading, exercising, shopping and layin’ in the sun! Dave is into woodworking, exercising, and karaoke. They have 3 grown married children and 6 grandchildren. We are delighted to welcome them into Tanglewood!!

Cathy and Jim are originally from MIchigan and will be with us seasonally. Cathy is a retired township clerk and small business owner. Jim was into sales and was a small business owner. Jim loves to play guitar, golf, and travel. Cathy loves art, dogs and travel. We welcome them into our Tanglewood family!

Allen and Karen are from Waterloo NY and are currently with us seasonally but that could change! Karen is a retired school teacher while Allen is retired from UPS. Allen loves woodworking so you’ll find him in the Wood Shop! They have a dog and a cat! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Jerry and Rhonda are from Henry Illinois and will be with us seasonally. Jerry worked for Caterpillar and Rhonda worked in foster care and day care. They love fishing, playing cards, collecting Precious Moments, Bingo, going to antique shops, and …their grandkids! They have 3 daughters and 5 grandsons. They have 2 dogs, a Sheepdoodle named Rylee and an Irishdoodle named Rue. They will be going to Minnesota in the summers. We’re delighted they’ll be with us in Tanglewood!

Shannon and Ricki are from Ottawa Ontario, Canada and are retired Canadian Veterans. They will be with us seasonally. They love playing cards and Bunco. They have a family of animals: two kittens and a turtle. Their oldest son is in the Air Force and the youngest works at Microsoft. We are delighted to have them with us in Tanglewood.

Steve and Pam are from Marengo Ohio and will be with us year round!!! Steve is retired from Safelite Auto Glass. Pam worked in Professional Vision Care. They were involved in the Mt Gilend KOA. Steve likes to golf, while Pam is into playing Bingo and going to the pool. Tanglewood welcomes you into the family!

Jimmie and Sheila are from Omaha Nebraska and will be with us seasonally. Jimmie is originally from Sebring and hasn’t been here for 43 years! He is retired from 20 years in the US Air Force and loves bike riding, motorcycles, exercising and sports. Jimmie and Sheila are empty nesters and this is their first time away from home! They have a new family now in Tanglewood!

Harvey and Wendy hail from our northern neighbor, Ontario Canada, and are from Elmvale. They will be with us seasonally. One of them did hospital clerical work for 25 years; the other was a driver/trainer for 30 years. They love shuffleboard, darts, gym, biking, kayaking, walking and meeting new people. They are new to snowboarding. Harvey and Wendy are proud new grandparents of identical twin girls!! Welcome to Tanglewood!
